Welcome to the Neighbourhood: Chapter Two

Chapter Two moved in to their new office at the iconic 50 Commercial Road, Newstead earlier this year.

Chapter Two are a property developer with a large portfolio of exciting new developments across South-East Queensland.

Jon Quayle, one of the Directors at Chapter Two, noted that the office perfectly suited their needs. Being a boutique building meant the property isn’t over-indulgent, which was a key reason for Chapter Two choosing this space over more modern large-scale buildings.

They felt the relaxed and more personal feel of the space and immediate area was more in line with their business character. Although, in true developer style, they revamped the space with a modestly beautiful fit-out across the open plan office, boardroom, break out area and balcony.

Another feature that drew them to the tenancy, Jon noted, was the location. The office is situated directly above the iconic Salt Café and soon to open wine bar, which is a great perk for staff and clients, while the ease of access for visitors as well as the amazing signage exposure onto the bustling Commercial Road (as pictured above) was a nice bonus.
