Your New Brisbane Agent - Your Commercial

Your Commercial has opened its doors to the Brisbane market with big ambitions of dominating the commercial estate agency market.

The business is based on a customer service ethos. This ethos stems from the Directors first working together 30 years ago at a local fast food outlet.

The Directors, Chris McLeod and Melanie Scott-Power have worked in Estate Agency for 16 years. They have merged their extensive experiences from commercial and residential backgrounds to bring to the market a fresh new approach to the Brisbane and its fringe market place.

Chris, having spent the past 16 years working the commercial market, would find it hard to find a commercial property he hasn’t been in to or a vendor he hasn’t worked with in Brisbane and its fringes. His experience and knowledge, particularly in strata title developments is extensive.

Melanie brings a range of experiences and knowledge to the business from her time working with a number of successful residential businesses in London, including Winkworth and Foxtons and setting up the lettings arm of the first and largest build-to-rent development in London at that time; Get Living London, which is based at the former Olympic site in Stratford, East London.

Joining Mel and Chris are Geoff Page focusing on doing the business of sales and leasing and Elyse Little our Property Manager who keeps everyone in shape and Dale Scott the resident handyman.  Geoff brings to the team many years sales experience from a variety of industries and is ready to hit the ground running.  Elyse has years of experience in retail property management and brings a much-needed organisation to the team, whilst Dale brings a wide variety of experience from plumbing, painting, renovating and general handyman tasks.

Your Commercial provides vendors with solutions to their business needs. We intend on looking at new ways to doing business. One initiative we are introducing is the concept of open house for our commercial properties. The first being held in Newstead 30 May 2018.
