Another Day, Another Deal: Fluidform Pilates

Your Commercial is proud to have recently helped Fluidform Pilates into their first ever Queensland studio this week.

Fluidform is a New South Wales based Pilates company led by founder and principal instructor Kirsten King since 2012.

Aristotle Glaros, a Leasing Executive at Your Commercial, recently helped Fluidform into their first Queensland premises at 159A-161 Racecourse Road, Ascot. Although their first choice was under offer with another tenant, Aristotle was still able to help them secure a space in the same area.

"They had put in an offer on a property in Newstead 4 months ago through another agency, but the other agents couldn't get the deal over the line" Aristotle said.

"They trusted my guidance and we put an offer in on a property in Ascot  -  unfortunately the landlord accepted an offer that was submitted first. So I got them into a space up the road the following day, and we negotiated a deal by that afternoon. We moved quickly - communication was key."
