Landlord Support Information (as at 24.3.2020)

Property Management: Our Property Management team are continuing to provide support to our tenancies and landlord throughout this period. Please contact us if you require any assistance throughout the pandemic.

Vacant Tenancies:  If you have a vacant property, please be vigilant during these times. Ensure that it is secure and have someone check on it weekly.

Portal Advertising: If you have advertised your property for lease or sale through either of the portals we understand that the portals are implementing measures to ensure that landlords and vendors receive extended advertising periods.

Our Business

Inspections:  So that we are still able to assist tenants looking for new premises, our leasing team has prepared video walk throughs of most of our properties. This will allow prospective tenants the opportunity to view potential tenancies whilst taking into consideration social distancing measures.  We will also continue to provide one on one inspections taking into consideration social distancing measures.

Upcoming Settlements: For those tenants or buyers that are settling on tenancies/properties over the coming months we are putting practices in place to ensure that these can still proceed, and keys can be collected.

Our Office: To ensure the health and wellbeing of our staff, Your Commercial will be working remotely from Monday 30 March 2020. Business will run as per normal and all staff are contactable.

Our Services: In addition to our normal services of leasing, sales and property management, our business can assist you with subleasing, downsizing, tenant rep, buyers rep and short term property management. We are also assisting some landlords with the short-term leasing of their properties. Please contact Chris McLeod on 0410 614 302 or info@yourcommercial.com.au for further information regarding our services.

Please contact us if you require any assistance or information, from anything regarding your lease or downsizing options, to short lease opportunities and opportunities to purchase.
