We are delighted to introduce you to our amazing property management team, Sash Naidoo and Phoebe Wain. Our exceptional team will relieve you of the day to day hassle of property management whilst maximising your investment.

Sash has over 13 years’ experience running commercial properties across Australia and South Africa.  Her customer service, proactive approach and industry expertise is evident in her day-to-day transactions with our clients, tenants, and contractors. 

Phoebe comes from a residential background where she has learnt the importance of attention to detail, customer service and being curious, which are all traits required for a successful property management career.

As per our company value of 'together', Sash and Phoebe work as a team when handling our portfolio, ensuring our landlords and tenants receive the best possible customer experience across the whole portfolio.

We provide a comprehensive end-to-end property and facilities management service which aims to lower costs, decrease risk, and improve overall efficiency of the building.  We have minimum standards in play for all aspects of the role including responding to clients, tenants and contractors to when we should start the budgeting period and how to deal with arrears.

As a boutique property agency we can provide our clients with personalised services across Sales, Leasing and Property Management. Due to our attentiveness with our clients, we are fortunate to manage an ASX listed company’s commercial property portfolio of 162 tenancies spread across 35 sites around Australia and New Zealand.  We have been able to bespoke our services for the client and have maintained a successful relationship with them over the past three years.  

Some of the highlights of our management from handover to today include: 

•       Increased the annual rent by 33%

•       Increased the occupation levels from 61% to 93%

•       Reduced 30+ day arrears from 11% to less than 1% (current)
