Although the Office sector has been resilient throughout the course of the pandemic, vacancy rates in the CBD are expected to remain high. Landlords continue to offer flexible leasing options to attract tenants, but tenants are seeking amenity. Many tenants are looking for spaces with character, functionality and most of all, they are looking to escape the multi-storey CBD buildings.
